1. Always try to install new software rather than updates because this leaves old drivers and files and a lot of unwanted junk that has to be cleaned up.
2. Remove all programmes that are no longer needed in order to free up space and memory leading to increased performance.
3. Uninstall all windows programmes and extensions that you do not need to save on drive space.
4. Replace all obsolete device drivers and cards.
5. Replace and change all old graphics cards,monitor and peripherals.
6. Clean out unused registry files.
7. Check your disc space; If you have less than 20GB then your system will surely be slow the swap files alone needed by your system as a minimum for working space requires close to this.free up space.
8. Delete and remove all temporary files,shared files, and internet files and download files.Delete and empty the recycle
